Therapy and other supports for children, youth and families

"If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."

Wayne Dyer

The Help Hub Logo

Connection. Hope. A Plan.

We get it because we've been there.

As professionals and caregivers, we have a rich personal and professional background that gives us a unique perspective.

You are doing the best you can - and  everyone can use a little help sometimes. The Help Hub is here to help so you can focus on what is most important - your wellbeing and the wellbeing of your family.

Let's come up with a plan that fits you. The best solutions are the ones that we develop together.

Haudenosaunee (ho-den-o-show-nee),
Mississauga and Anishinaabe (a-nish-nah-beh) Nations,
Came together with all their relations.
Living together, they had a united wish,
To share the land and waters in peace, like One Spoon with a Dish.
Now many Indigenous families, Métis and Inuit too,
Live here in treaty agreement, with me and you;
In the spirit of Peace, Friendship and mutual Respect,
We protect each other and the land, which we should never forget.

~ This child-friendly land acknowledgement is borrowed with gratitude from the Toronto Public Library ~
