Skills for Big Feelings: An Emotion Regulation Group for Young Children (6-11)
This group aims to build childrens' confidence in themselves and learn valuable skills to enhance their personal, social, and emotional growth.
Objectives:

Increase self awareness and self management

Help kids to identify their emotions
-
Introduce kids to a range of coping strategies that will help them regulate their emotions

Improve problem solving skills
-
Support kids to feel more relaxed and less anxious
Dates: Mondays, October 23 - November 27, 2023, 4:30 pm - 5:45 pm
Cost: $480 per child, sibling discount available - may be covered by extended health plans!
